Founded by Nancy Day over 40 years ago, Day-Lum Inc. started in a little office at 40 Kamehameha Ave. After growing her company to include 5 Divisions: Residential Rentals, Commercial Rentals, Homeowners Association Management, HUD Housing and Sales; Nancy sold parts of the company to 6 former employees who created their own companies.
DLH is owned by Sam Willocks and remains a full-service real estate company. We are professionals in our field, trained and licensed in property management and sales.
