Future Tenants

How to apply:

  • Anyone over 18 years of age must apply and qualify
  • Apply online by clicking on a property, then click on "Apply Now"
  • $25 non-refundable application fee per applicant


Information to provide:

  • Personal Identification like a Driver License or Passport
  • Three (3) months of paystubs or W-2 and Federal Tax Return


The Process We Follow:

  • Check previous rental history if any
  • Check credit score (620 or better) and credit history
  • Check background and possible criminal history
  • This usually takes up to three (3) days if all information was received.


Once Approved:

  • We will be happy to show you properties!
  • Like one? DLH will prepare a rental agreement
  • Bring two (2) checks, cashier's check or money order: security deposit and first month's rent (sorry we don't take credit cards)


And yes, some properties approve Section 8 (County Housing) assistance.
